Response time

We answer messages Monday to Friday, 09.00–17.00 WIB, and aim to reply within one business day. Messages sent over the weekend or on a public holiday are answered on the next working day. If your message concerns a redemption already in progress, include your redemption reference number so we can check its status before we reply.
